Doubling weed - Pressed Seaweed Art Print
A unique fine art print featuring hand-pressed seaweed, sustainably collected from the beaches of the Northern Rivers, NSW Australia.
This seaweed is called Dictyota dichotoma, sometimes known as doubling weed, in reference to the way the fronds continually branch and divide. Its curliness carries through in the print, the many twists and turns making it look like it's still floating in water.
A thoughtful piece for ocean lovers, beachcombers and those drawn to the hidden beauty of the natural world and art that carries a story — a small piece of the ocean to bring into the home.
